I first connected with her in December 2022 for my family member's green card application. She quoted $2,500 for the entire process and insisted on full upfront payment, which I transferred to her on 12/21/2022. She promised to begin the process immediately. To my shock, the actual filing didn’t happen until six months later — on 6/23/2023 — and only after I made 50–60 follow-up calls to her office. By the time she finally filed the application, I was stuck with her because she had already taken the full payment upfront and delayed things to the point where switching attorneys wasn’t a practical option.
