Just wanted to drop a quick review from my most recent experiance which i was very dissatisfied. I've hired A&A on a few occasions dating back in the late 90s early 2000s and always had a satifying experiance. The lawyers has always been a pleasureb tob work with. The disappointment that I experiance was with the office staff. Being the face of the office,, Is being able to explain processes to your clients (when asked) when you inform them that there are specific processes in place. This is an important part of your job. Therefore one should not get frustrated at thw client when asked to explain the pricess so that they could have a better understanding. This is the office rep area of expertise not thw client. Although I didn’t know the process, what was explaimed didnt make sense., the

If I could give zero stars I would! My accident happened in March of 2018. I had a reference to contact this company and unfortunately, I did choose them. My rep was Damon and it seemed everything would be fine from our initial interaction which was over the phone (should have been clue #1). I had to contact them on more than one occasion to get ANY details whatsoever. Nobody ever returned my calls or emails. I handled my case on my own and got everything settled in a month (April 2018). Here we are August 2018 and I’m just receiving a phone call from Damon asking about the case. What amazing service, right?! Unless you have ample time to babysit a law firm by calling and contacting them everyday, I would choose some place else!!! You’re better off dealing with the insurance companies on y
