He gave us great advice and even pulled some strings for us with our home inspection company to pull up our home inspection to an earlier date. We followed his advice and got exactly what we wanted and needed. Grateful to him and to this law firm for getting me in with such short notice and going above and beyond with their service.

Paid a flat fee in advance for a Missouri small-estate affidavit. I promptly provided the deed, will, certified death certificates, and all requested documents. After payment and document delivery, communication stopped—calls and messages were not returned, and no work was completed. Very disappointing experience and poor client communication. I strongly recommend not paying this firm in advance. I plan on reaching out to the Missouri State Bar Association to report this group.

My inlaws used Appleby Healy 14 years ago to prepare their trust. They have both passed away. It took 2 years to finalize the estate that was cut and dried. The communication with the firm was terrible. They would not return phone calls or communication and then they sent threatening letters wanting us to sign, even when they would not set up a meeting or return phone calls. All three children called and called only to be ignored for months. I have never worked with a firm or business that had worse customer service and communication.
