Retainer Paid – No Communication, No Action, Termination and Refund Request Unanswered I retained Apex Law LLC on August 24, 2025, and paid the requested retainer fee to pursue a breach of contract claim against my landlord. All requested documentation — including contracts, photographs, and video evidence — was uploaded to the firm’s case portal by September 1, 2025. After providing complete documentation, I repeatedly attempted to obtain updates through the portal on September 15, 17, 19, 22, and 30; October 22, 24, and 27; and again on February 5 and February 7–9. My experience with Neil Fulsang is really trash. I see some people gave him a 5 or 4 star, they are lying. I believe these are Mr. Neil's workers or he paid them to give him a good review. But my experience is terrible with him. Ive been working with him for 2 yrs. And no results are made He just takes your money. You can never reach him, never talk to him. He has a person that answers the phone just to tell you that Neil is in a meeting, all day everyday. You can leave him a message, he will never call you back. Ive left plenty of messages and emails, and Neil still haven't called or returned my messages. Poor communication, he will not tell you anything about your case. The only time he will message you is about a payment. Oh yea he wants your money but he will not do the job. He IS A
