I kept telling Russell no to paying an actuary to put a valuation on my pension which wasn't necessary to do. I kept telling Russell no to offering me to keep my entire pension in a divorce settlement. My company keeps the pension if I die before I retire. It all made sense when Russell sent me an email from my ex wife's lawyer addressed to him as "Hey Russ". That is when I knew I needed to finally fire him. So glad I did. I do not recommend Russel to anyone. Run. I have all the emails at a safe place that prove what I said is true. Long divorce & Covid is the reason I delayed my review by a number of years.
