I used Andy for the purchase of a house. What I encountered is that I didnt deal with Andy, I dealt with his assistant. Every time I called got his assistant and it took me getting upset and escalation to actually get Andy on the phone. There were questions I had during the contract process which I didnt feel like were addressed during the contract process since I spoke with the assistant all the time. The assistant didnt know real estate law. Fortunately we dealt with an honest seller and the issues were addressed by the seller and it didnt make a difference, however they werent addressed by the attorney and included in the contract as they should have been. Overall it had me feeling very uncomfortable through the whole process for what was my largest purchase of my life. At the end

Andrew is one of the nicest people you could ever have the privilege of knowing. He cares about his clients and his office staff is extremely efficient and professional. Andy is heavily involved in our community and is constantly giving back.
