Asked not to use this company as a closer. Did it anyway. Big mistake. I have 2 more ill be closing on and this will NOT get my business I don't care if the seller wants to use them. Needed a POA for closing. WAs not ready when I got there. No return calls or emails. No breakdown of settlement sheet when closed. Office is reminiscent of a day care. Main person Mr. Stafford NEVER available. Took 3 days to pay off home and money not deposited in account in timely manner. This cost us money. No way to run a business.

Be careful when using them for a real estate closing. They did a title search that went back 72 years on a one acre tract of land!!! Instead of the required 30, then didn’t know how to read the deeds in the search. Took them 2 weeks to return a simple phone call. We decided to go thru another office who did their own title search instead of hiring it out and closed in 3 days

DO NOT GO HERE FOR LEGAL HELP!!! If I had known it would have been such a terrible experience I would have just gone somewhere else from the start! The attorney literally told me that if there was the slightest amount of extra work or complications for him then he was going to drop us because all he wants to do is “go to work and then go home to work on his farm, because his farm is more important”. Then it takes days even up to a week for them to finally answer their phone, not call me back, but finally answer their office phones. All for my dad’s funeral insurance having taken to long to come in to pay them so they just ended up dropping us as clients anyway right before we had everything finished! Dave your time and money and go somewhere else that will actually help you!

My agent has used this office for 2 of our home closings and they both went very smoothly. The people are warm and friendly and happy to answer our questions. I was honestly shocked to see negative reviews but I have no reason to add to them.

I wish I could give zero stars. These people suck!! They are never in their office during business hours. They will not answer their phones and they definitely won't respond to your voice-mails. The attorney told me he would rather be on his farm than doing work. They are money hungry. They want money first and then do the bare minimum. Do yourself a favor, do not put your legal needs in the hands of this very incompetent attorney. Honestly your would be better off representing yourself and saving the money
