I hired the services of Anderson & Ferrin, and I made the best decision. Michael and Victoria are a super smart Lawyer couple and they know what they are doing. All their staff are very kind, especially their secretary Melanie. I recommend it to anyone who does not want to waste time and money on other Lawyers.

I hired this firm at first to take legal action and then decide to terminate my contract before anything was processed. I paid $2,500.00 up front and asked for a breakdown receipt on what was done and a refund. This firm is trying to charge me $1,500.00 for doing absolutely nothing. It has been 3 weeks since I terminated this contract and still have not received a breakdown receipt and a refund. This firm has been very unprofessional. I would not recommend hiring this firm for any services.

My experience with this law office was very disappointing. I invested a significant amount of money, but in the end, I could not use the documents they prepared and my child support remains very high. Every month I received billing statements full of extra charges — they bill separately for calls, emails, and even add high fees just to print simple documents. If you need to make even a small change, even before anything is filed with the court, you will be charged a high amount for it. The front desk staff was not welcoming, which made the process even more unpleasant. Overall, I did not feel supported or that I received value for the money spent. I would not recommend this office. “I hope they reconsider their approach to client service”)

I had a nightmare in my Divorce case. I was forced to terminate services with two different law firms that I had retained to represent me, because they were not making progress on my case. The last of those lawyers worked 8 months to try to enforce what was decreed in the Divorce sentence and he made absolutely no progress in my case. Then I hired the services of Anderson & Ferrin, and in just one month they finished my case. I'm happy with the result, I'm sorry I didn't hire him from the beginning. Michael and Victoria worked hard, passionately and aggressively in my case, her secretary Melanie is very professional and dedicated to her work, she was always available to keep me informed about my case.
