Mr Anastasio is a gentleman and a scholar. His recent legal representation in a NJ Motor Vehicle matter was unmistakably right on. We won, found not guilty and NJMV apologized for the occurrence. We thank him for his excellent judgment and choice of action.

He might sound smooth but when it comes to real estate law, he's missing the ball. The case isn't handled properly and there was holes everywhere such as misfiling notice, delays, etc which caused the other attorney to find holes to dismiss the case. I had a case with him for 8 months and it went nowhere while incurring cost. I spent more time taking care of the case and assisting him every step of the way and yet he still find holes for the other attorney to pick on. He also stopped replying and answering messages. I'm filing a grievance report on him and going to sue him for damages which he caused as well as completely ignoring my calls and dropping the case without my concent. I have voice recordings and emails from him of his missteps.

One of very few lawyers that takes his work very personally. Bill was responsive, assisted me with a real estate matter with short notice and better yet, even my ex-wife approved! That alone gets him 10 stars!
