Amy Cross Nance Attorney at Law

I scheduled a Zoom call with Ms. Nance in January of 2023. She was 15 minutes late to the appointment and spent about 15 minutes on the call with me. I emailed her office to follow-up on the call and take action, and no one ever got back to me. I went ahead and hired someone else. Then, in October of 2023, I received a bill for the 15 minutes back in January. I know mistakes happen, and someone is probably trying to settle accounts for the year, but this practice needs to get it together.

I called to request information to redo a will and trust. I did not hire her and our conversation was nothing more then a request for information. She sends me an email. I never used her for any services after looking over her email. She is billing me $45.00 for 15 minutes for a request for information and for an email she sent me. Thank God I did not use this person. What a joke. Typical attorney greed.

We had a short sale last year and Amy was our closing attorney. I am amazed at the amount of work that was involved. I am so thankful Amy was our attorney. I think she got things out of our mortgage company that we could not have done without her. She kept us informed and did an incredible job representing us.

I highly recommend these guys! Great Service! Honest and Efficient!

She helped me with some estate work. She was wonderful and very informative.
