They for collections very unprofessional. I did not ask for any personal information on the person they called only asked her it was a collections agency. So that i can pay the account for the person they were calling for. She proceeded to be rude so much so she never realized i wanted to pay the bill. She advised me i wasn't doing the person any favors and hung up on me. I called back and I asked her for her supervisor she refused to provide availability info. We recently found out through voting our address was changed for some reason and these bills are going to wrong addresses. She could have received full payment but insisted on arguing and explaining to me that their office only likes to talk to people who pay their bills. I tried explaining to her she was violating fdcpa laws with

DO NOT ANSWER IF YOU GET A CALL!! Very rude customer service!! I tried to explain that payment would be covered by insurance and that insurance was already aware of bill and NANCY was so rude and kept interrupting and even harassed me about the payment. Once I asked for supervisor she hesitated to transfer call and once she was gonna start the transfer she hanged up the phone. I called back to report her and her supposed supervisor “answered” said she wasn’t being rude and harassed that I needed to give payment even after I explained about insurance. Will be reporting company and callers for harassment. Never in my life have with such unprofessional people. As I see from the other review Nancy seems to be the one with the problem.

Norma a very unprofessional person calling asumes everyone speaks Spanish and can not even pronounce people names correctly. Demanding to speak to my son, when asking her what kinda company it is she refused said it was a personal matter. Started getting rude I asked for the supervisor she said she was I asked for her boss she said she was the boss . I asked what kinda company it was she said none of my business and for my son not to give out my number. You have to disclose what kinda company you are calling from with all the Scams. Found out they are a debt collector!!!do better with the people you hire!

Estoy reciviendo llamadas por parte de este lugar , me estan llamando para cobrar una cantidad exagerada segun diciendo que debo al doctor y al hospital(tengo seguro medico y no tengo ninguna deuda) y en cada llamada que hacen cambian la historia primero me dijeron que debia $1616 de laboratorio y en la segunda llamada me dijeron que debia de xray ,nunca e recivido xray en mi vida , TENGA CUIDADO CON ESTE TIPO DE PERONAS .
