I've never been successful with actually speaking with an attorney or anything. The woman that has answered everytime I call with a British or Australian accent is a hot mess. First time I called she put me in for an appointment, but I never got anything other that her saying it was scheduled. Appointment comes, I waiting a couple minutes past and called. She apologized while munching on her lunch in my ear. Scheduled me for an appointment with a Christel (which apparently is her name, but she acted as if it was someone else.) she said was booked already, but she would handle it. Go figure! I get called from the same crazy woman the next day saying they are overbooked and have to reschedule with someone else name Greg. I decided to contact Amber Boyd Law Firm because of the great ratings but was horribly disappointed. She has cancelled my appointments multiple times. I was waiting in the Zoom for her and she never showed. I called her office and was told that she was on a call with someone else. The paralegal claimed they didn't know I had an appointment even though I was sent the e-mail and calendar invite. They didn't seem to care about my time or my case. My dealings with them have been very poor and I do not recommend.
