UPDATE: Bill claims that I did not accept the economic realities of this case; however, in working with a new lawyer, I was able to obtain a settlement more than double what Bill said was possible, while paying less in lawyers fees (and having a much better experience). It seems as though Bill was either dishonest or ignorant to the realities of my case. I terminated the services of Bill and his team in 2024 after a horrible experience working with him. I strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to work with someone else. I had a completely different (and positive) experience with a different local lawyer.

STAY AWAY! Attorney Lorman was unprepared for the in person hearing on November 6, 2024. There are five separate clauses in their contract that were directly breached by the attorney. Despite the documented negligence, this firm has refused to return the $10,000 retainer paid in October 2024. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this firm and all affiliates.

Working with Patrick Lorman was a great experience. I had some complications with my business formation that I needed advice on. Patrick advised me on the best course of action, and the risks associated with each option. He went above and beyond to ensure that my business was set up properly for a very reasonable price too. Would recommended any small business to this firm.

Bill and Josh have helped me with multiple issues and have never disappointed. They were both always readily available and completely thorough in their analysis and explanation of the circumstances regarding my cases. They offered me multiple options each step of the way, and provided me with competent and truthful advice as each step progressed. They were forthcoming on how they felt each case was progressing and gave honest assessments on how to proceed with next steps based on the probability of success, the cost of continuing and the bottom line results. I can't recommend either one of these gentlemen enough.

I haven't worked with this specific firm, but I worked with Patrick Lorman many years ago and he made me feel cared about, resolved my issue, responded quickly to questions, and was affordable.
