Worsts real estate layer i ever dealt with, our lawyer was Tara Miller. She told us the seller of the lot I was buying had approved plans from the city and all the survey, approvals, etc. meanwhile none of it was true. We even asked her to put in the contract if the lot is not approved for a two family home we can cancel the deal. Then when the time came all the plans, survey, approvals from the seller where actually expired and Tara would not let is cancel the deal, when we asked her about it she admitted she didn’t read any of the paperwork the seller gave her and didn’t notice it was all expired paperwork. Shes the Worst do not go here she has no idea what she’s doing trust me i bought alot of lots and never seen such a lazy lawyer. I had to pay 30k plus dollars extra and waste months o
