I would just choose another company to save myself from the disappointment if I were you. First off not only did it feel like I was doing their job for them, the communication is absolutely horrid, and don’t get me started on the 33% they charge on top of “other fees” that come out of your part that they don’t tell you about until the very last minute. If you still choose to work with them ask for ALL information before you proceed. When I got in my accident it was maybe 5 minutes from the law firms office. One of the women that worked there saw it happen and said they’d take good care of my case blah blah which was a lie! We were going to Antarctica last year, and paid for the whole trip in full. Unfortunately the company went bankrupt and we lost all our money. We had travel insurance but they were saying that they didn't cover bankruptcy. We hired Attorney Alex Fayad on contingency and within a month we recovered the insurance policy limit. I used Eric back in I believe 92’ and once just recently. I have used other attorneys in the past in between and I can tell you Eric and Julie are the best. Their communication is 5 stars and their fair. There is no one in vegas I’d refer anyone too other then them.

Retained for defense in a civil case, I ended up being charged more in fees, than the eventual payout, that I negotiated after firing them when they recomended i give the other side my personal phone records, and for beyond capricious advice, was not at all impresed and they're rude. Would never recommend.

Kurt did not know how to resolve my issue. Wasted my time trying to be concerned about my situation and then disappeared , no where to be found, after my hour was up. I didn't even receive the document I had requested.I was extremely disappointed!
