I gave them 4 stars and not 5 for a couple reason. First and foremost they got the job done and from start to finish it only took 5 months so no complaints there. When my workmans comp case was first opened they seemed very easy to talk to and deal with but once we got closer to settling they became harder to either get in touch with or when I spoke to them they seemed uneager. So I will go thru each person individually. Allison was always cordial and friendly. Nicole only spoke to me thru emails. Steven Alverez never returned my emails. And Richard was plain rude and condescending. Not so much his words but how he spoke to me. He made me feel as if my situation was insignificant and unworthy of his time. I spoke to them about my workman's comp case and was not sure on if I wanted to go with them or not or if I even wanted to go with an attorney. They literally blew up my phone calling me 5,6 sometimes seven times a day. When I asked them to back off a little bit because it's starting to feel like harassment I got a snarky response. And then they continue to blow up my phone and so I just started blocking numbers and they would call from different numbers. And then I finally get a text saying we decided not to take your case. No I decided I did not want to be harassed by y'all non-stop. Very cringy especially considering your reviews are not that great. Especially with lack of communication issues.

WARNING ……. WARNING……….WARNING….. before reading this check all the reviews they have different spots for the bad ones If you like being lied to about how much you’ll get and just about everything else you choose the right law firm . If you think around 10 k is enough to live on after getting hit at work loosing teeth which they didn’t cover cuz they don’t listen at all I guess and a knee replacement. Surgery also lost my job . They said nothing they can do ,now thanks I didn’t even get a years pay and been out longer if I was you I’d run , in my opinion they take the first offer and say forget you . All their award s are from years back so don’t pay attention to the recording on the phone in my opinion it from years ago . probably when a different Alverez ran it like a dad or grandpa. Do

I was assigned Alvarez Law ( through Morgan & Morgan) Stephen Alvarez was the first lawyer I spoke to about my case they received my case. On 12/2/24 I was told they were working diligently and working to get the justice I felt I deserved .The communication in this law firm is seemingly nonexistent. I received an email during the evening of 8/10/25 with a simple email and that they were no longer representing me. I was given no reason nor warning. my case was such that it had a deadline and the deadline was 10 /4/25 which means I had less than two months to resolve the matter on my own or hire a new Attorney. ( good luck hiring a Attorney when you have a case with such a short timeframe) I reached out several times for any reason that they were doing this and had gotten zero feedback. I e
