Altaras Tommy

My experience wasn’t near as good as those highlighted. In all fairness, Mr Altaras represented me several years ago, so hopefully the positive reviews are a reflection of his current practice. We had a hearing that Mr Altaras was unaware of. When I called to ensure he would be in court, he agreed, but was angry. Mr Altaras appeared for the hearing obviously mad. He did not represent me or my child and essentially told me to handle it myself. I still feel as though an injustice occurred.

I have never regretted working with these people. When I first met them I was timid and naive to the entire situation I was in and the way the courts handled and worked their cases. My ex was threatening to take my baby from me and I was an absolute mess (among other huge grievances also caused by him). I wasn't sure what to do or who to go to, until I was referred to them by a friend. I told them everything that was happening and they were supportive and caring. They handled the paperwork and walked me step by step through everything that would and may happen. I am absolutely thankful to them for everything they have done for me. I would recommend them to anybody willing to listen to be quite honest. They do not charge "an arm and a leg" and they have amazing advice.

It has been 10 years since Tommy Altaras guided me through a complicated (to me) civil matter. Prior to my needing legal advice, I had observed Mr. Tommy Altaras representing the custody case of a young Mother against a prominent 'old money' family. It ran like a movie made for TV; suspense & drama with a little humor tossed in. After investigating & interviewing witnesses for what must have taken numerous hours, days & efforts of his most proficient legal team, Mr. Altaras triumphantly ripped to shreds his opponents (many of which were) rehearsed & solicited testimonials. True courtroom drama in real time. I would buy tickets to watch this legal anomaly in action again. I would trust this Texas law legend with any litagation. He could write a best seller about his exploits as a rural Tex

They are the most considerate and understanding attorneys I’ve met. They listen to you and give the most honest response and respect. They also know the many Tx laws. You get double the knowledge there.

Excellent attorney! Tommy and his brother Tim are the attorneys you want on your side. They are reasonably priced and they actually care. Hard to find a honest lawyer and here are two of the best anywhere!
