Alpine Credit Inc

I received a call from someone stating they are calling from Alpine Credit, asking me to verify who I am. I told her, I am not verifying myself when I can't verify who you are and I've never heard of this company before. Since the only way she could talk to me was if I verified, I told her to send whatever it was in the mail to the address on file. She says, we've sent letters before and never heard back. I have never received anything from Alpine Credit, so I know she was lying. Be very careful people, these people are ridiculous. unfortunately, you cannot give a failed rating when you write a review, otherwise I would not have given any stars.

My account was bought from my previous company that I was going through, and so far, they've tried to claim I owe them, which I don't. It was an error on their end because I've been doing nothing but what i'm required to do. I've also been told that they have to switch up the payment plan every three months, but when I told them that I would prefer for it to be at what it's at, Cheryl told me that "only if it comes by the end of the month, it might be able to be the same" which sounds like they might try to increase it at some point. I really can't afford to pay any more than what I have been. These people don't care about you. Only themselves.

Says i owe them money but yet I come to find out the claim was under workman's comp.. President of company is lazy dude says he won't reach out to the company and get thing's figured out. The debt is for 48$. I'll be in this week to throw u a 50$ bill to quit bother me. Once again not my debt. Not my fault but dude treats me like it's my fault. Worst kind of karma for people like this. I'm gonna wipe my butt with the 50 and than yall can have it. Thanks have a good day Samsonite 😊

This company is the worst. Super shady. Terrible customer service. They hung up on me multiple times. Zero help. All to pay some random charge for a medical bill that was tiny when they make no actual efforts.

Let me preface this 5 star review by saying that I read the reviews and raised concerns about the legality of them reporting medical debt on people's credit reports. My debt was a small amount of $66 that I don't dispute at all for a $55 chiropractor visit. I did not receive any notice as the doctor's office had just barely sent it to them a few days before I tried scheduling an appointment. I read the reviews and was honestly expecting the worst of the worst, but thankfully, Steve and Sunny were very helpful in getting this resolved (even if I did pay them a 20% premium).
