Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced with an attorney. They say they will call you back and never do, make you feel like you’re an idiot when you have questions, rude and unprofessional attorney…. I could go on and on. Hired them back in 2016’ for my wife’s citizenship and came back to help with getting my mother in law here from Cuba and worst experience ever. Do your research because most of the process can be done yourself with the right attention and guidelines. There was a young lady we meet the last couple weeks of the “saga” that was dealing with this organization finally found a solution.
