Absolutely Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience I would not recommend Aloi Law Offices to anyone seeking professional legal help. My experience was beyond disappointing. After over three months of waiting—with numerous emails and phone calls going completely unanswered—I was left feeling ignored, disrespected, and incredibly frustrated. The two initial interactions I had with them were enough to raise red flags. I was spoken to in a condescending tone, and instead of a clear, respectful dialogue, I received four back-to-back emails (then not another email for 2+ months), each filled with passive-aggressive questions, without punctuation, and riddled with poor grammar. We have used Aloi Law Offices for many years for our legal needs. Nicole is knowledgeable on NYS laws; she is quick to respond and candid when needed for clients. She is a structured and detailed oriented attorney.

Was relatively rude to me, speaking to me speaking to me in all caps. I took the time to gather everything I needed to sue to be simply ignored with zero follow up. I called several times Would not recommend for these reasons.

Was trying to help a client out on a case and this was the single rudest individual I have ever come across. If you want emails to you in ALL CAPS from a lawyer and things written out like “WAAAAYYYYY” on your first ever communication with him, plus threats to be “fired as a client” in every single communication - this is the guy for you. He does not seem to 1. Have a substantial staff, 2. Understand how to communicate in a professional manner, or 3. Utilize technology in an effective manner. I’m sure there will be a response saying why I’m wrong, but this is both my experience and my client’s experience communicating with this lawyer.
