Alliance Financial - Judgment Collection Agency Sacramento California

I assigned two judgments to Alliance Financial. The first one was a small claims case from a guy who bought a car from me and never paid the second half. I didn't know where he worked, lived or anything other than his name. They tracked him down and found that he was working as an electrician for a small business that was trying to cover for him. After months dealing with Alliance Financial the employer sent a check to cover the full amount of the judgment. Needless to say I would not have been able to collect myself. The second judgment was a bigger civil case and Alliance found the debtor's bank accounts and safe deposit boxes, seized themx. It's a fraud, Isabella named lady works for attorneys and get clients as a bait, soon she will ask for 50 to 60 percent of your money..please dont go here, I have to hire attorney to recover my judgement. Look for someone honest..

HORRIBLE lady. Complete fraud. Don't use this company. It's one lady that lies about everything. Rip Off. Steals you blind.

This place is not been at the address listed for years. They collected money for me but have not paid me the percentage they owe me. They don't answer their phone and they don't return my calls.
