While another attorney tried to scare us and tell us we needed multiple attorneys. Alison just said we can handle this and walked us step by step handling everything for us so we didn’t have to worry. She goes above and beyond for her clients. We sold our previous home recently and Alison represented the buyer. There’s a radon issue which couldn’t be resolved on time and therefore we paid a deposit to Alison’s account to have the transaction closed first. Alison’s paralegal was the worst at updating us in the progress (when Alison told us that someone would update us tomorrow, it never happened). Maybe it’s because Alison didn’t represent me. But communication with people on a case is a very important aspect of the job. That’s not how I would treat someone I work with (either with a shared interest or not).
