After 8 months of working with the firm and waiting up to 6 weeks between reponses, I'm told that they cannot proceed with my Trust case because they don't know how to get a person served legal paperwork in another state. What? It took nearly two months to get this response after charging me for a skip trace that I can't use? What? Well... they did refund me the amount I paid for the trace... minus $25.00. Yeah... Fees change after discussion, no return phone calls, the left doesn't know what the right is doing. They have lost my business.

I scheduled an appointment for a consultation more than a month ago. About two weeks ago, Mr. Alfonso's legal assistant informed me she had to cancel it, so she rescheduled me two weeks further out. I showed up today, and the friendly receptionist asked me to sign a sheet of paper, to verify my name and correct address. As I glanced toward the bottom of the sheet, I noticed it included an agreement to pay a $100 consultation fee. The legal assistant had opportunities during the last 30 days, to let me know that the consultation was $100, and not free. Nobody should be required to pay a $100 fee, for a 5, 10, 15 minute consultation, to find out if the attorney's retainer is $2,000.00 or $10,000. Prolly the worst place to go to for family law. If you wanna spend 4,000 to get nowhere these are the guys! Just to wait a year have your lawer die, then have a rookie fill in and fumble all paper work and can’t get anything right! Good way ti waist your money
