Horrible customer service. They don't take you seriously. I drove from Austin to their San Antonio location to sign a contract. I give them a time frame that I will arrive and will give them time to have everything ready. Arrived in San Antonio at 8 am, but told them I would give them time to have everything ready. It's 2 p.m., and the front desk lady says they have nothing and poor notes to go by. Really??? Someone Help!!!!!
