Not satisfied with services at all. Very difficult to reach my own attorney, cannot stress enough the lack of communication!!!!! I would call, leave messages just to be ignored for months. Would not do anything about my case and wait all the way till last minute to settle right at about the time the statue of limitations expires and then you’re cornered and have no other choice but to settle. So many promises when you’re first talking to them, but would NOT recommend them at all. They made it almost impossible for me to seek other representation, have asked for my files multiple times, again, just to be ignored!

They were very attentive to me and listened carefully to what I said. They were very knowledgeable and interested in my case. They are very helpful informed me of what to expect. I would recommend using them if you think you have any cases or questions about a case.

I got in a car accident in March 2025 , My car insurance Geico matched me with this law firm. It has been a absolutely horrible experience. First I didn't speak to my lawyer the entire time. I spoke with Paula Sanders and a lady named Vanessa, but never once did my lawyer actually speak to me. Also I only heard the them a few times a month And that was after me reaching out to them for information and updates. Never the other way around. Finally, on October I was told that they had reached a settlement. They sent my check in the mail and it got lost. When it finally showed up on November 21st I was told it was safe to deposit into my bank account only to find out that the check would not deposit into my account. The only people that are giving y’all five star seem to be white people. Coincidence? Asking people to call your office when we Still getting no assistance and ran around constantly in circles, is insane. Calling you will do nothing. But y’all have the nerve to be plastered all over the city with billboards.. If it’s not a case, you all consider to be a large financial gain, you all sweep it under the rug and take your time. Was just involved in a minor car accident last week and somehow got connected w this law firm. INSTANT RED FLAGS. The people that are calling my phone are very unprofessional and rude. The greed is very noticeable. I quickly came to the realization that I would rather not be compensated, than work with this firm. Absolutely not worth it. Everything about this firm screams SCAM. I had to come see the google reviews, and now I will gladly take my L.
