Dan has been my family attorney for years! Will always be there for you. You might not like what he says but it is usually true and you just don't want to hear it or think you know the law more than him. Dan is an attorney and does his job extremely well. If you don't like someone who is upfront about your case and just wants to tell you it will all be ok, then go find someone that's been in practice for only a few years. Dan is a great lawyer despite what these other two have to say. Yes he is a very straight forward type of person but he is a LAWYER. He wants the facts and he wants them now. He doesn't want the round about answer he wants the straight to the point answer. He is going to tell you what the judge is looking for when you present yourself in court. What looks good to the judges eye and what does not. I have a mental disability myself and on top of that I was raised in the south but that does not excuse me from carrying myself properly and pronouncing my words correctly. This man took on two of my cases at the same time. One which had been open for over a year and had already been through two other lawyers. Dan had both settled and closed in three months time. He is a great person to work with.

Highly do not recommend. Spent 3 years dealing with this man going back and forth. Extremely disrespectful and rude. Will interrupt you and belittle you over something simple. He'll stop "helping" you as soon as you speak up. He cannot handle confrontation and feels the need to use his credit from cases in the past as validation or as an excuse to speak over you and make you feel like your needs are invalid. I highly advise you to please be aware. I wouldn't waste my time and money with this senile, old man.

Dan Alexander was the rudest man I have ever met. He would ask you a question then interrupt you in the middle of your sentence with an insult. One time, he asked my witness a question, and when the witness tried to respond, Dan interrupted him and told him "if you speak like that infront of the judge, the judge is going to think you're on drugs". This is before the witness even said he was willing to testify for me.(the witness actually did have a mental disorder) He asked ME for the witnesses information and I gave him the phone number of the witness and he got angry saying he doesn't want his phone number it's up to me to get his name, address, number, statement and all kinds of information on my own.
