Horrible horrible horrible people! I canceled my gym membership back in September. I have proof that I canceled. I tried letting them know that the collection was erroneous, and they were threatening to destroy my credit, and they even hung up on me when I asked them if they could be kind to me because I was being kind to them and not raising my voice or getting rude with them. I really can’t believe how they treat people! And serious shame on the Just Move gym franchise for using them as a debt collection agency.

I was transported to this site via teleportation. The associates here began with intense aynahl phisting, not to me— but to each other. I was tied down to a chair— forced to watch their sick “show,” this place is D I S P I C A B L E ! ! !

Horrible agency Mr Gonzalez just hung up on me mean while everything is recorded as what he says trying to see if we can negotiate bring it down but no they make everything more complicated and doesn’t want to hear you out they keep repeating pay pay pay please someone shut these people down big time

First of all, they have ZERO sense of verification. I called in and said my name, didn't confirm ANYTHING and he said he pulled up my account. I don't have nor have I ever had an account, this agency is pursuing me for a debt in someone else's name... It's a shame that they don't have any clue what they're doing, this would've been resolved with a simple skip trace. Speaking as someone with years in the industry, you guys could do SO much better.

Very rude and unprofessional, no wonder they have a 1.3 star on google, and the only reason they have that is because someone thought this place was a jewelry store
