I called over a week ago on recommendation from a local title company. I had a document already prepared and just needed it reviewed. My only option was to schedule a phone interview for this week (phone due to being out of state). Never received a call at the scheduled time two days ago and have not heard from anyone.... Disappointing experience! I guess I just expected better since the title company said they send *all* their legal doc business to Alcala.
