Had a really bad experience with this law firm. They have you deposit $5000 to get your case started. They use those funds for your case and are suppose to give you a heads up when the funds are getting low so you can replenish the $5000. We got no notification until the funds were at $0, and we had only a week to replenish the $5000. When we explained that we can't come up with $5000 in a weeks time. They were going to close our case. And we would be able to reopen if we deposited $8000. They considered my husband's case as a "complex" case but they were "going to do everything they can." Which in reality meant, a lot of unnecessary ($$$) meetings, and check-ins. In the end we ended up going to a different person that charged us just the federal fees and $600 for their service.
