I was advised to contact, by letter and email from Claire Meredith, and if I needed please to contact, Hedi Valentine, However after calling and sending emails for almost 2 weeks of no reply, or even a call back, acknowledging my reply, I continue to get hang up on by office Receptionist Tammy saying that I am yelling at her, no wonder Claire Doesn’t want to speak to you, however that is a bold Lie, I can play back our conversation and, I never raised my voice, I am disappointed that I received communication to contact, then told, she doesn’t want to speak to you, so unprofessional, and disappointed that I have sent information regarding settlement and this Organization wish to continue this game of she is not available, ok totally understandable, because I know I am not your only concern,
