If you need to have an x-ray I suggest you go ANYWHERE else but here. I've literally been 5, FIVE times to the same building in Largo to get one x-ray of my arm and have been sent away each time because of a clerical error in the paperwork. The front desk women, 5 of them as I've seen someone different each time have been miserably uncooperative and unwilling to make a phone call to the Dr. to assist me. They are rude and incompetent of basic clerical duties. I'm forced to visit this establishment because I don't have any insurance. I've left in tears crying uncontrollably the last three times. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague of at all possible. If you're forced to go there as I've been, be prepared for some sassy disrespectful treatment as soon as you walk into the building

Mr. Silverman came highly recommended from a personal professional affiliate and it was immediately apparent as to why. He was attentive to my expressed concerns and provided me with the information and resources necessary to work toward a resolution. His literacy within his field as well as his patience for explaining the law was studious, considerate, & greatly appreciated.

If I could put no stars that would be my choice. Rick Alvarez is unethical and morally bankrupt individual. He has threatened me and continued with known fraud and perjury to advance his client or his past firm's client. I have proof of his indiscretions and will be suing him and the ones knowingly involved.
