My father used A,T&R for a will that included a 4- year trust. The will was poorly written. It would have been fine if all the siblings were reasonable, however two siblings decided to abuse their position and try to take more than they deserve. The will offered no protection against abuse. The trustee needed to be replaced and I was stuck with the position or lose my inheritance and my other sibling lose hers as well. Due to bad language in the will I was forced to do the work with zero compensation for my time while dealing with underhanded attacks to my personal and business life as well as close to 18K in legal expenses.
