So unprofessional that lady Damaris Velasquez is not a professional I had an appointment she told me @ 1 o’clock I been calling to confirm the appointment since 9 o’clock no one answered , no reminder for my appointment nothing when I told her that she said it’s my case the agency doesn’t have to remind people of their appointment No customer service/ poor service quality I don’t recommend no one to go there .

They do a good job. But after everything is ready, they don't want to hear from you anymore, and they don't answer the phone or messages.

Excelente !!!! Mi experencia fue de lo mejor en mis clases de ciudadanía . Te enseñan todo lo que tienes que saber para pasar el examen. Tambien te ayudan con la aplicacion. Las Maestras son bien amables y educados . Te ayudan con cualquier pregunta que tengas . Les agradesco por todo el tiempo que dedican a las personas para enseñar. pase el examen enmla primera vez. muchas gracias
