Im very grateful that Mr Hyppolite, is my attorney he was very attentive and helpful with my case and there were many language issues in my case but because Mr.Hyppolite spoke fluent Spanish I felt very comfortable . I would advise recommend him to anyone especially with a language barrier

They are the worst ever. The receptionist is the worst, the way she talks on the phone and answers Potential clients she’s disgusting. I drove two hours away to speak to them and she said she was going to call Troy so I could speak to him and she’ll call back and she never did . When you’re in a dying emergency for a loved one don’t call them. NO WHERE ON THEIR PAGE DOES IT SAY “DON’T COME TO OUR LOCATION WITHOUT A APPOINTMENT . I was pissed and it was 3 cars out there and I know one of the attorneys was in there , but she was very ignorant I’ll never refer anyone to them. I’m in LAW SCHOOL, and I would never treat anyone or allow my receptionist or paralegal to do that 🤦🏾‍♀️

It’s so unfortunate that I have to leave such a poor review (considering reading all the positive reviews and interactions with the other clients), however, so many mistakes were made by Kerlin throughout my battle that were costly. The reason I hired him was based on all the positive reviews I’ve read on him. Lawyers are supposed to make your terrible life changing situation just a little easier, at the minimum. That was not the case. In the beginning, he tells you everything you WANT to hear and communicates fairly well but after some time, getting in contact with him was difficult and aggravating. I’m leaving a one star review and I’m gonna substantiate that option by sharing my experience with this law firm. I can’t imagine how they’ve arrived at 4.9 reading. for starters, the person who is the first line of contact is an extremely rude unprofessional and disrespectful young lady. She’s never been taught something that a five year-old would know you don’t talk over someone. It’s Rude is disrespectful unprofessional. It’s an embarrassment law firm. I have a son and a grandson who attorneys I couldn’t imagine. Any of their staff did disregarding the sacrifice it took for them to become attorneys to know, embarrass them by behaving like this and that’s the voice who represents their practice. It is beyond appalling. You could use the word gouging that this Firm charges $300 for consul

My experience with this Law Firm was defined by consistent unprofessionalism. Lawyer failed to communicate important updates, left me waiting for cancelled court dates, appeared distracted and unprepared during hearings, and was addressed by the judge for his lack of attention. Documents were lost, evidence was never obtained, and crucial information was requested at the last minute despite being provided long before. His disorganization and lack of professionalism not only embarrassed me in court but also hurt my case.
