I am absolutely furious with how I was treated. During my consultation with April, I was quoted $2,000–$3,000. I asked her directly if passing my case to another attorney would change that price. Her exact words were: “No, they work for me.” Well, my case went to Ruth Bradshaw and NOTHING about my situation changed—yet somehow I ended up being charged $9,082. I called, I emailed, I tried to get answers, and got zero resolution. Then the moment I left a review, suddenly April contacted me asking if I’d take it down in exchange for a refund. I agreed because I honestly thought she planned to fix the situation. Instead, she gave me only $2,000, leaving me still paying $7,082, plus the $250 consultation fee. Nothing short of perfect. In our situation April was straight forward, no nonsense, direct, open, honest, and above all else she called weekly to get updates. She was attentive kind compassionate and all support staff as well. If you want someone who’s worth the money and will keep things open and honest choose April. You won’t get better.
