Not a great experience trying to get an update to our currently existing end-of-life documents. Just wanted to make a few changes, made a phone call to him, and and as per his request, sent him all our existing documents along with a letter completely spelling out what we wanted to do. The problems began during our two week later phone consult, when Mr. Vondy acted as if we had no idea what a Will was, and actually said “let me educate you on what a Will can and cannot do.” Interrupted him to confirm we already know all this and just wanted updates and asked if he had read everything we sent him.
