I just finished my second real estate transaction using Whitney Ivey as my representing attorney. She also represented the seller in this case. She did an excellent job representing both parties fairly and looking out for both of our best interest. She checks every detail and keep you informed throughout the whole process, I can also give a five star rating to the paralegals and the assistants who are always there to answer all emails and phone calls, especially when you are doing a real estate transaction from another state. They are great at doing everything virtually without having to appear in person. They can’t handle much in the way of a closing. You don’t get to talk to an attorney. You get the paralegal and she can’t answer too many questions. They can draw up a Will or do probate. They are selective with who they choose to be their clients.
