I was able to get a rental easily and even get my repairs quickly. Lee Ann and Kristen kept me informed of the situation as it progressed and wasted NO time with getting in touch with the insurance company. When I needed an advance they were happy to help me and were always so cheerful when I went to the office. Ive used Adame Garza a year or so before. Great experience. Was hit by a truck on my motorcycle (Yes, they do motorcycle accidents too!!). This time i was hit by a person who texts and drives while in my car. Sandwiched my two door. First thing i did was call Lorena. She was the one who worked on my last case (check my other review here as well under Jerome Stewart). I only go to her. Yes, they have amazing people there but i ONLY work with Lorena. If its not broke, dont fix it i say. She immediately got me into medical treatments. Physical therapy, Xrays, MRIs, special doctors, etc. I just had to go to the appointments. Everything was already handled. She kept me posted thru the whole thing and made sure I was fully aware of the process. I even learned a few things about texas insurance
