Overall, Steve and his staff did a fair job of closing on my father's home. It wasn't a smooth ride, but also wasn't totally on Steve and his office. I've purchased and closed on 9 homes in my lifetime. This was very slow and tedious by comparison, especially for an auction sale with no inspections to deal with. Our attorney, Mr. Steve Miller has had the title work for 2 weeks now, yet we can't get a closing date. There are zero excuses for not having closed on this property. The property was sold as is, where is, and the bidders were required to have their funds sorted out ahead of time. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago.
