I finished paying off my bankruptcy in 2020 Martin Pack helped me a lot. I had things on my credit from when I was little that my mom had got and from my ex-husband and he was able to help me get that taken care of and small monthly payments and get my credit fixed. The Law firm was supposed to have my mortgage and car loan reaffirmed. I kept asking them to do the paperwork to get them reaffirmed but kept telling me there was plenty of time. Also they kept telling me I had to request the reaffirmation paperwork from the mortgage company which was not correct. By the time they finally sent me the paperwork it was to late. Once they get your money they do not care. When I told them they waited to late the paralegal said she would talk to my lawyer about reopening the case long enough the get the reaffirmation done she would call me. I still have not heard from the law firm. I doubt very seriously I will hear from them because they don't want to take the time. When I got myself into a financial mess and my house went into foreclosure I was blown away with all the advertisements. I knew I needed a lawyer but all the ads weren't helping. They basically car salesman you into a bankruptcy; then once you're in the bankruptcy forget all about you. You're just a number. They don't contact you with IMPORTANT information. Instead you just receive letters in the mail when it's too late to do anything about the issues. Unless there's a major issue and you have to go back into the office you'll never see or speak to 'Your' lawyer just their paralegals and the 1 designated lawyer they have that goes to the federal court house with you.
