Abramson Labor Group

I would not recommend Abramson Labor Group. They took on my case, which involved both workers’ compensation and employment law issues, and I ultimately transferred it to another firm. It was extremely difficult to speak directly with my attorney. Most calls were routed through what felt like a call center style answering service, and messages often went unanswered. Emails also went without response. At one point, I was days away from missing a workers’ compensation deposition because I had not been notified. I only learned about it after repeatedly following up for an update. I did receive a solid workers’ compensation settlement, and I appreciate that outcome. Just began using their services but so far so good. It’s been about two months since I began my case and my only complaint is the lack of communication. However I am updated every few weeks via email or text. I also had an attorney appointment scheduled a few weeks out but they managed to get me an appointment within of couple of days instead which I appreciated. I’ll update this review if something changes.

They were an excellent law group they helped me through every step of the way and settled my case with a very favorable outcome. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone having any kind of labor dispute with current or former employers they made me feel like they had my back through thick and thin and never gave up on my case.They answered every question I had and never missed a phone call from me or took long to respond to a email or text everything was handled very professionally and I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service they provided me.

I was hesitant to file a lawsuit against my former employer because I have never done something like that before but the circumstances didn’t sit right with me and I knew something had to be done . ALG made me feel confident and relief from the very first phone call. I didn’t have any problems and the court procedure was quick . I got paid everything that was owed to me and more. I had a very positive experience with my workers’ comp attorney. While my case did take time to resolve, I am very satisfied with the final outcome. Throughout the process, I never felt unheard or ignored. Communication was strong, and I felt supported during what was a very stressful situation. For future clients, patience is important. This is a larger firm with many cases, clients, and attorneys, so there were periods where it felt like nothing was happening. However, each time I reached out for an update, I was reassured of my case status, where my attorney was in the process, and I received follow-up confirmation from a case manager.
