Complete and utter rip off. These lawyers are unethical. They took advantage, racked up a massive bill and stole money from my father who has dementia and is unaware. Don’t go to them. After I told them we are no longer working with them they continued to bill hours. Happy to discuss with anyone who is considering working with them. There are much better lawyers in Omaha

Very disillusioned by the assistance received in closing out in-law's estate. After using this firm for decades I was surprised that there was not even an on-line condolence or card sent at the time of the funeral. Each step of the way was only achieved after my asking and prompting for the next step. After 8 months of waiting to pay taxes, the CPA said I had to talk to the lawyer. Why had they not brought this up without my prompting months later than it had to be? Several months into the process the original lawyer my in-laws worked with passed me off to someone else which only led to more delays. They were a big disappointment.
