I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Both my father and I have tried working with this group on separate occasions. They were highly recommended to us from someone. The first time, when my dad reached out, they failed to call him at the scheduled appointment time. Recently, I needed urgent help and booked an appointment myself. After a brief three-minute conversation, I was told I’d receive a call back, but despite following up with a text, I never heard back. Fortunately, I was able to find someone else who truly supports people through their hardships and has been very transparent and direct with us… in case this helps someone else.

My experience with Abogados Para Hispannos LLC (Immigration Law Firm) has been remarkable since I met Attorney Santiago in April 2023 and she agreed to take my case on a Pro Bono or gratis basis because I had no money as I was terminated from work. She worked professionally me until I received my papers on May 23, 2025. It was not easy, but I am thankful for the support I received from Att. Santiago, her legal assistants, Ms. Colombo, Monica, and George, whom I met at the office a few times I visited. This is my Mother’s second time dealing with an attorney who doesn’t give any answers and no one knows anything and she is spending alot of money in this case just to loose it all again. Every time she wants to speak with the assistant or the lawyer she’s always at a meeting and says she will call back but never does nor answers her messages. It’s very frustrating that she has to be going through this AGAIN and spend twice the money. She has done everything on her end to turn in all the paperwork and no update on where her documents have been sent or even track where it is exactly. What a waste of an investment to get nothing but oh with payments they are really good at taking it asap
