In 2019 I had a half family member try to set me up on drug charges. The case charges were kind of weak at least I think it was but I had a previous history and as most of us know they love to bring your history up and use it against you, even though it has nothing to do with the situation at the time. hired Mr Burgin and not sure what the outcome would be and I was pretty nervous because I was doing good, I cleaned my life up in 2017 and got on track and all the sudden a speed bump was in the way but Aaron did his work and got me off of the charges. Got it deferred which means on my part I had to show for a year that I had cleaned my life up and I showed them that and then the charges went away. If I had not have hired Aaron I know I would have got charged with it and probably sent back

I truly believe he never bothered to find out the facts of my case and completely let someone get away with false allegations simply because he did not care to actually provide a proper defense in the case. My personal impression is that as a former prosecutor, if the current prosecutor wants to try your case he'll push you to take a disadvantageous plee deal simply because he will go with what they want. Not a defense attorney I can personally recommend although perhaps you may have better luck, just proceed with caution. *Edit: After discussing the mater further with him via email I believe it is in any potential clients best interest to not retain his services.

Aaron Burgin is an exceptionally caring and competent attorney. He took care of our problem in the most favorable way possible, and he did it even though we couldn't be present at the hearing.
