Eric Aanestad is a crooked Lawyer. He will not do what you ask and when you try to correct it he is unavailable. We asked for a simple Joint Revocable TrustInstead he put together a grantor trust. In our situation he appoints himself the Trust protector. He gives himself broad powers as if everything you have is now his. We never authorized a trust protector. He reserves the right to replace your trusted trustee's. Upon my husbands death I would've be beholden to our trustee for any of my expenses. He reserves the right to deny any beneficiary their inheritance. He reserves the right to spend down the trust so that I would be eligible for a state run nusing facility and medi-cal. He reserves the right to becone the trustee. Stay clear of this lawyer and his wife Tiffany and Brenda Loved

She was so sure about her advice and then the State ATTY General's Office had to write her stating she was incorrect. She is not incompetent...just wrong too often to be running her own law firm (2 people).
