This place is not something I never wanted to deal with all because I’m not a criminal.

The white lady they have servicing Charles County is rude and very unprofessional. We are paying for a service so we deserve respect when we ask a question. She talks to black men like trash as if we couldn't find another service. I would not recommend. The guy who owns the place was polite professional and don't make you feel like your money doesn't matter.

Everyone at A-1 Trusted monitoring (located in Upper Marlboro)has been very easy to work with. Diego and his staff were very fast with their responses, even after hours. I would highly recommend Diego and his AWESOME staff if you are looking for home monitoring for yourself or a family member/friend. Be open and honest with A-1, keep them informed with all information (No such thing as being to informative) and things will go accordingly.

Disrespectful and unprofessional. These WHITE people think that people in the system and the family to those who are in the system are below them . That’s truly disturbing. Especially Suzanne she is disrespectful and very unprofessional, she very upset she working at this place & it shows in her character. Close this place down and hire people who treat those and others with respect.
