A Family Affair Supervised Visitations

Court ordered supervised visits. This was paid for and confirmed that the child would be dropped off to visit for 2 hours, on the child's birthday- which is mandated in the custody agreement. This was confirmed and paid for, and neither the child nor the supervisor showed up for the visit (on his birthday), and ZERO communication. We waited for 20 minutes and kept texting Cynthia to ask where the child is and NO response. Later that evening Cynthia asked if I wanted to reschedule?? THAT'S IT! No explaination of why no one turned up for a paid and confirmed visit. Cynthia was asked multiple times during this conversation why and what happened, why didn't the child show up and her only response was, let me know if you want to reschedule!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CHILD!

Supervised visitation can feel overwhelming, but Cindy made it manageable and even empowering. Her guidance gave me confidence and peace of mind when I needed it most. Instead of doing what is best for the child, this place only does what they want for the parent that they like, REGARDLESS of evidence. NEVER use A Family Affair Supervised Visitations unless you're fine with them making up their own rules favoring whoever they want, lying in their reports, and working with whichever parent they were referred by. The owner and monitors are without a doubt the most unprofessional and least trustworthy people. The lack of professionalism is, bottom line, concerning and unethical. In my opinion, this place does not prioritize the welfare of children, so I would encourage affected parents to start a formal investigation. There is no doubt that this business is vulnerable to external pressures. Other interests could be the cause of their lack of independence.

There is a reason why, this business only have 4 google reviews, and now 5, thanks to mine, but i hope mine, will make your mind to NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! If you want to give your child to a care of those who will side with the parent who is granted supervised visitations - this is it. They will pretend to listen to your concerns, and then go and side with the parent who has supervised visitations. These people claim they have 30 years of experience in family law - LIES. They are not here to do the job you hire them to do.
