⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Decade Later, Still Grateful for Shawn Worden’s Representation I rarely leave reviews, especially for something that happened nearly a decade ago—but after reading other reviews on here, I felt compelled to share mine. My first encounter with the justice system was devastating. I was charged with a crime I did not commit and assigned a court-appointed attorney who showed up on the day of trial and said, “I got nothing.” With no support and no options, I pled guilty and was placed on probation. I followed every rule and completed 354 days of a 12-month term, until a new probation officer took over and accused me of falsifying a signature on a counseling attendance form. 15 years ago Shawn represented our son in a dog bite case. It was traumatic for us as our only son had been injured and we learned about the other injuries the defendant's dog caused. One thing that will always stick in my mind was Shawn's compassion for both sides. He was ethical and did right by our family.

Shawn was appointed to my case as council when I refused an attorney for an armed robbery case in which I didn't come close to matching the description. After he found I really hadn't done the crime we decided to let him represent myself and when we went to court he not only cleared me from the charges he went on to completely tear down the case establishing that no armed robbery even took place. It is further worth mentioning that when asked who my attorney assigned was by other inmates, upon stating "Worden" every inmate told me I was going home. Obviously this man has a reputation. He was professional, he even answered a collect call from the jail, and he even explained to me exactly what I said that prompted my being charged in a crime I wasn't a party to... Some things are better off

I had Shawn as a lawyer in 2011. We could’ve had a good case as we had all the evidence we needed, but he decided to no longer do his job. He wouldn’t return my phone calls or keep me informed on what was going on at all. So I fired him as my lawyer. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had Shawn Warden as my defense attorney and i can say without a doubt he was the best i ever had. He dropped my 2 felonies down to 2 misdemeanors and my sentence was a year of probation. He was easy to talk to, always returned my calls within a day and just a all around great person.
