I was in an accident Sept 2018 now it's may 2019 the lawyer they set me up with can't seem to get any documents themselves. They wanted me to get the accident report myself and I don't drive? I've finished therapy through my job and their attorneys can't get the documentation from my job. They've mentioned nothing about offers or amounts. this is the worst experience ever oh and their therapice will put a lean on your check just in case you do get paid. But so far I feel like if I had a different lawyer and agency helping me I'd had my check long ago now I've given up hope. the worst.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I called this agency after my crash and they sent me to a law firm that showed absolutely no interest in talking to me. I called Fast Help about this lack of communication and they told me that I shouldn't bother the law firm until I was done with medical treatment. Red flags went off in my head. My crash involved 3 different insurance companies and other complex issues but I was told to just wait to share that with the so call lawyer they set me up with. I could go on but please goto Google and type in 'red flags of lawyer referral agency'

I had contacted several of the Big Name companies like Ken Nugent , Morgan and Morgan, Julian Sanders, Monge and Associates and a few others. Ken Nugent office asked did i receive a ticket and instantly told me that they could not help me (with dry communication as if this was not the business that they were in). Others simply rejected me for the same reason. This company first off Curtis took the time to explain to me the process and the position that I MIGHT BE DEALING WITH! That alone was a plus for me.At least know what position i am in legally were as the Big Names basically provided me with a shut down instantly leaving me clueless. Have been approved however for small amounts. This business is very satisfactory but I’ve been treating for almost a year. I need enough funds to take off from work so that I can get better; the bills will continue to come and I’m still having complications since the accident. 11/29/18 update: would not recommend simply because the interest will reduce your settlement. I borrowed approximately half of what they charged me. That’s double I don’t recommend fast help at all. I’m very dissatisfied with the outcome after receiving small sums of money and being charged outrageously in fees, they wouldn’t even reduce the fees with the type of injuries I sustained from the accident. I don’t recommend them at All.

Great experience overall! Great customer service and really took the time to understand my needs. They were able to get me in contact with treatment and an attorney fairly quickly.
